Fire Protection System

Fire Detection and Alarm System: This can be categorized into two.

Conventional Fire Alarm System:
This system is meant for small and medium sized buildings. Smoke and heat detectors are installed in every room/enclosure for early detection of fire incident and fire alarm bells are installed in strategic locations. These detectors are then wired to a conventional control panel.
These detectors are grouped into zones (area). When an alarm is triggered, light indication is shown on the panel indicating the zone of where an alarm has been triggered.

Addressable Fire Alarm System:
This system is usually installed in medium and large size buildings. The major benefit of this system is that the smoke sensors can be labeled such that any triggered alarm shows the name of the area where the detector is installed.
For example, in a high rise building, fire detected in electrical room on 8th floor will show “fire electrical room 8th floor”, on the LCD display of the control panel.
Furthermore, the system is intelligent and it’s less prone to false and nuisance alarms.

Security Solutions

There is a multifarious approach to security solution. Each solution or group of solutions is targeted at meeting a particular nagging security challenge or group of challenges.
Each security solution comes with an output system to deter intrusion, trigger situation arrest process, trap intruder etc.

Close Circuit Television (CCTV)

CCTV is an electronic surveillance system designed to monitor your factory area, offices and the entire premises against theft and intruders. CCTV stands for Closed Circuit Television, which refers to a surveillance system using cameras that send their signals back to a specific location.
These signals are stored in the DVR or transmitted to a monitor for live
monitoring of events in covered area.

The systems comprises of the following:

  • Cameras
  • Digital Video Recorders
  • Monitors

The cameras are carefully selected for different locations to achieve a desired result. The Mini dome cameras are for internal locations while the rugged day/night outdoor cameras are for external locations.

The Digital Video Recorder (DVR) records and store images from multiple cameras and display on the Monitor. The system can be fitted with a motion detector which immediately starts recording once motion is detected. The recorded video can be played back to see who did what, when and where.

Access Control

Access Control Systems are security devices for monitoring and controlling entry to rooms, offices, apartments and buildings. Because keys are easily duplicated, these systems are the best means to control and monitor who enters where and when.

This is a very reliable way of preventing unwanted people from critical places of your work area and also to prevent unwanted
distraction and disruption of the normal working schedules.

Intruder & Perimeter Alarm Systems

An electric fence is a barrier that uses electric shocks to deter people from crossing a boundary. The voltage of the shock may have effects ranging from discomfort to death.

Most electric fences are used to enhance the security of sensitive areas against unwarranted intrusion and burglars.

The voltage setting is such that it numbs the intruder through an electric shock.
